Watlington Womens’ Institute

·       We meet in the Village Hall on the second Tuesday in the month at 7:30 p.m.

·       We invite speakers to come and give talks and demonstrations on any topic from gardening to yoga.

·       We organise outings and get involved in the community.

·       Established in 1915 to voice womens’ concerns, the W.I. is now the largest and most influential voluntary womens’ organisation in the country.

·       For a newcomer to the village, it is an excellent way of getting to know other women.

·       Please feel free to come along to our next meeting (usually advertised on the three Parish notice boards) or contact our secretary Mrs Jean Papworth on 01553 811345.   Email jean.papworth@btopenworld.com

You will be assured of a warm welcome.
